Employment Matters in Government Contracting
Fluet attorneys represent and advise government contractors in all aspects of employment related matters, including counseling regarding compliance with employment and labor laws, nondiscrimination, and affirmative action requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), as well as applicable requirements under the Services Contract Act (SCA). - Counseling retired senior military officers on the impact of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause on post-military business opportunities; assisting with navigating the DoD Emoluments Policy; and advising on obtaining emolument consents.
