A seasoned government contracts and constitutional/administrative litigation attorney, Nick advises prime and subcontractors on bid protests, claims, compliance, and disputes with federal and state agencies. He frequently advocates for private parties’ constitutional and civil rights against government overreach, including challenges to state and federal regulations. Nick aims to take a multidisciplinary approach that integrates various legal capabilities to achieve optimal outcomes and brings a passion for constitutional rights and public service to his unique practice.

Jim specializes in assisting companies negotiate contracts for the marketing and sale of their products & services to government and non-government customers around the world, especially Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Canada and Western Europe. This work frequently involves helping companies engage sales representatives and consultants and handling related due diligence. Jim is committed to helping clients develop practical solutions that meet the business needs and manage the related risks, especially compliance risk associated with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Having worked closely with KOs/CORs as well as proposal teams/PMs, Emily is uniquely positioned to provide GovCons with insights and practical guidance. Emily focuses her practice on helping GovCons negotiate transactional instruments (Subcontracts, JV Agreements, Mentor-Protégé Agreements), identify and implement practical and compliant policies (OCI, Subcontracting Plan, Code of Business Ethics and Conduct), and assisting with acquisition of GovCons (due diligence, novations, change in ownership). She also represents GovCons in bid protests, size protests, claims against government agencies, investigations, and suspension & debarment matters.

Splitting her practice between Fluet’s Government Contracts and Litigation + Investigations Practices, Grace has significant experience in complex employment litigation, investigations, and counseling businesses on workplace matters. She adeptly represents clients' interests through all phases of litigation and settlement negotiations, conducting internal probes and advocating before government agencies. She particularly enjoys advising companies on intricate employment issues, drafting agreements to safeguard their interests, and strategizing cost-effective resolutions. Her unique background spanning private practice and government service enables her to provide comprehensive counsel.
