For over 10 years, Natasa has had a remarkable impact on our firm in a variety of ways. During 2023, she dedicated a significant portion of the year to strategic recruiting efforts, which directly resulted in tripling the size of two of our key Practice Groups. Her commitment to diligent market research and relationship building enabled her to identify and attract top legal talent to Fluet.
Additionally, Natasa has gone above and beyond her internal HR responsibilities by earning SHRM’s Workplace Investigation Specialty Credential. This accomplishment has added a valuable new service offering to our employment-related capabilities. With this credential, she now serves as an in-house resource to assist firm clients in implementing appropriate frameworks, guidance, and best practices for conducting workplace investigations.
Earning the Workplace Investigation Specialty Credential demonstrates Natasa’s expertise in leading complex workplace investigations, including sensitive interviewing, data examination, articulating findings, and recommending appropriate actions. Her proficiency in handling employee complaints and navigating critical HR matters showcases her dedication to enhancing her capabilities in this essential area of human resources.
