A career marketing and business development professional, Erica Conover brings a very unique set of skills to Fluet. Her diverse background includes experience working in the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), collegiate sports, various non-profit organizations, an Am Law 100 law firm, large scale events, and even healthcare, affording her with the ability to support firm attorneys with a holistic view of how marketing and business development can be used to elevate their practice. Ms. Conover operates at a rare intersection of marketing & sales by leveraging creative and business approaches in tandem to construct one-of-a-kind strategies. 

Born and raised in “The Great State of Texas,” she received her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing with a minor in Journalism, Public Relations, and New Media from Baylor University in 2016. Shortly after graduating from Baylor, she moved to the Washington D.C. metro area and began to pursue her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Maryland. While working full-time in downtown D.C., Ms. Conover successfully completed her MBA in an expedited fashion (within two years) and graduated in August 2020. 

Boasting strong business acumen, a competitive nature, high levels of attention to detail, and a love for creativity, Ms. Conover manages all firm marketing-related activities and work closely with practice leads on strategizing and implementing the firm’s vision across various platforms in order to enhance brand awareness and recognition all while generating new work for the firm. 

Living an active lifestyle, Ms. Conover enjoys working out, hiking, and snowboarding (when weather allows). The eldest of three, she is extremely close with her family and often travels to meet up with them to explore different places together. Ms. Conover is a proud “dog-mom” to an Australian Shepherd and Shiba Inu and is always open to receive recommendations on the latest and greatest “destruction resistant” dog toys that can stand against her two very active chewers!
