Erik Peterson brings valuable experience in complex business transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate disputes, and general corporate governance. A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, Erik previously served at an international law firm where he represented clients in sophisticated business transactions.

Kia Rahnama supports the firm with extensive experience across all three branches of the Federal Government, including service as a Judicial Clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. With a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a master’s in international Affairs, Kia brings exceptional insight into government regulatory challenges and complex litigation.

Jared Sammons advises clients on all aspects of government contracting within the firm’s Government Contracts Practice. His background includes experience at Lockheed Martin, the Small Business Administration, and the U.S. General Services Administration, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Grace Williams specializes in complex litigation, investigations, and employment law, representing both private and public sector clients.
