Fluet advised SeKON Enterprise, Inc., on its strategic sale to Alpha Omega. SeKON Enterprise is a management and technology consultancy that has served as a trusted advisor to civilian and defense healthcare clients for more than two decades. Alpha Omega is an information technology company that provides cybersecurity, digital modernization, and artificial intelligence expertise to federal agency partners. This acquisition allows Alpha Omega to integrate SeKON Enterprise’s proven track record with agencies such as DHA, CDC, NIH, and SAMHSA, and it adds substantial value to Alpha Omega’s offerings and ability to field more complex contracts. Overall, this integration also represents the deepening of Alpha Omega’s capabilities, the broadening of its customer base, and the expansion of its national security and healthcare capabilities.
The Fluet team was led by Partner and Chair of the firm’s Corporate + Transactional Practice Bradley McConnell. Additional assistance was provided by Government Contracts Senior Associate Emily A. Spence and Corporate + Transactional Associate Erik Peterson.
