Jennifer’s expertise spans critical areas including export control, anti-bribery and corruption, ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, and CFIUS matters. Her specific focus on defense, intelligence, and security industries, combined with her active security clearance, positions her uniquely in the field. Her excellence has been previously recognized through awards including International Trade + Transactions Attorney of the Year by SmartCEO Magazine and Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.
