Fluet is excited to announce the promotion of Natasa Kosutic to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO). This new position highlights Fluet’s commitment to investing in our greatest asset – our people.
Over the past year, Natasa has focused on developing Fluet’s growth strategy, leading talent acquisition efforts, and integrating new hires. Her track record of success in these areas made her the natural choice to take on the CPO role.
As CPO, Natasa will have a holistic view of Fluet’s business and people operations. She will work closely with Practice Chairs and staff to further develop existing talent. Natasa will also continue overseeing the company culture and manage all aspects of Human Resources.
