Fluet is excited to announce that Nicolas “Nick” Rotsko has joined the firm as a Partner, supporting the Government Contracts and Litigation + Investigations Practice Groups.

Mr. Rotsko focuses his practice on litigation against federal, state, and local governments, including constitutional violations, challenges to agency actions, government contracts disputes and False Claims Act defense.

Before joining Fluet, Mr. Rotsko was an equity partner at a New York-based law firm where he led the Government Contracts Practice.  Mr. Rotsko began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor J. Wolski of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

“We are thrilled to welcome Nick to the firm,” says Tom Craig, Fluet Managing Partner. “Not only does he deepen the bench of our litigation and government contracts disputes teams, but his experience challenging government actions beyond the Contract Disputes Act provides our clients with a broader set of tools to advance their business interests.  Moreover, Nick’s addition is part of Fluet’s strategic expansion, continuing in 2024, to provide the services that support our clients’ success.”

Mr. Rotsko earned his J.D from the University of Texas School of Law. He holds bar admissions in New York, several federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Between 2017-2021, he was named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
