Fluet is pleased to announce that Bruce Anderson (Counsel), Jason Lynch (Counsel), and Thomas Wilson (Associate) have joined the firm this month.
These October 2026 additions bring decades of combined legal experience spanning intellectual property counsel at a major defense prime contractor, federal enforcement and litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice, and in-house legal leadership at both Fortune 50 companies and government contracting organizations.
Fluet gains critical depth in patent strategy and data rights negotiations, False Claims Act and government investigations defense, and FAR/DFARS procurement compliance. Collectively, the new team members have served as lead IP counsel on hundreds of defense transactions, litigated high-stakes cases defending federal agencies and intelligence community operations, and managed regulatory compliance programs for government prime contractors.
“Bruce, Jason, and Tom each bring something our clients continue to need: real operational experience from inside the organizations we advise,” says Tom Craig, Managing Partner. “They’ve negotiated the deals, defended the agencies, and managed the compliance programs. That perspective is invaluable. And while each of these lawyers come from within our industry, each brings a different perspective on tomorrow’s challenges that enhance our team.”
