Between private practice and his first tour at the Department of Justice, Mr. Lynch served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary M. Collyer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, which he attended on a Naval ROTC scholarship.
