Appellate Litigation

Fluet’s Appellate Litigation Practice draws on decades of combined experience handling appeals in federal circuit courts and administrative tribunals nationwide. Our attorneys chiefly focus on complex cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and other federal circuit courts. In just the past five years (2020 to 2025), the team has litigated dozens of appeals and repeatedly secured excellent results for clients.

Our approach to appeals is multi-disciplinary, effective at every level—no matter how high the stakes or how sensitive the issues. Fluet combines deep government, government contracts, and administrative law experience with battle-tested litigation tactics.  In every matter, the team thoroughly masters the facts and the law, develops tailored strategies for each case, and deploys persuasive briefs and common-sense advocacy to achieve optimal results.

Among other achievements, our Appellate Litigation team boasts:

  • First-chair experience in more than 40 appeals before the Federal Circuit, including 19 oral arguments.
  • First-chair experience in more than 115 appeals across all Federal Courts of Appeals, including over 30 oral arguments.
