On the heels of receiving a prestigious Chambers USA ranking, Fluet is further strengthening the firm’s Government Contracts Practice with the addition of Isaac Rosenberg as Counsel and Warren Bianchi as Senior Associate.

“Isaac and Warren are outstanding additions to our nationally recognized team,” says David Panzer, Chair of Fluet’s Government Contracts Practice. “Each of them brings their own individual experience and credentials, but they also continue to deepen our team of mission-oriented business lawyers. Together, we leverage our prior experience across litigation, investigations, compliance, and operational matters to help our clients navigate the complex world of government contracting.”

Isaac Rosenberg brings significant federal litigation and appellate experience from his tenure at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), a stint at “Big Law” and federal clerkships at the trial and appellate levels. He advised on bid protests, contract disputes, and regulatory issues and provides strategic counsel for matters at all federal court levels. Previously, Isaac served as an Appellate Attorney in the DOJ’s Tax Division and a Trial Attorney in the National Courts Section, Commercial Litigation Branch of the Civil Division. After honing his skills in litigation before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Isaac briefed and argued over 50 federal appeals, including 22 before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit – the most important court for government contractors.

Warren Bianchi joins as a Senior Associate focusing on high-stakes litigation, investigations, and initiatives across the national security sector. His background includes representing public companies and executives in complex probes at a multinational firm. As a Judge Advocate with the U.S. Army, Warren was a litigator and advisor within the special operations community, managing criminal proceedings and providing real-time and actionable advice to elite units at operational tempo.

“Isaac and Warren exemplify the caliber of talent and real-world experience that Fluet delivers to clients,” adds David. “Their arrivals signal our continued investment in providing government contractors with elite legal support as a nationally renowned boutique firm.”

With these key additions, Fluet reinforces the firm’s position as the go-to law firm for aerospace, defense, intelligence, and dual-use technology companies in the national security arena. To learn more about the growing practice and view legal capabilities, click here.
