Team Member Profile

Warren Bianchi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Government Contracts Practice. Warren’s career in both private practice and public service has focused on high-stakes litigation, investigations, and operational initiatives across the national security sector.

Warren began his legal career at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of a multinational law firm, where he represented public companies and their senior executives in complex investigations and litigation arising from allegations of securities and accounting fraud, bribery, and other criminal or compliance matters.  He also counseled clients navigating Congressional inquiries and hearings into a range of high-profile areas.  Before Fluet, Warren was an attorney at another Virginia-based boutique law firm, where he represented high-net-worth individuals and major corporations in high-stakes defamation litigation, business torts, and crisis management.

In addition to his experience in private practice, Warren served as a Judge Advocate with the United States Army.  He spent the majority of his time on active duty as a litigator and command-advisor within the special operations community at Fort Bragg and overseas.  Warren helped the most elite units across the joint force plan sensitive operations, procure and integrate cutting-edge technologies, and navigate criminal, compliance, and oversight matters. As a litigator, Warren was the lead prosecutor for the Army Special Forces community, managing all phases of criminal proceedings, including investigation, charging, pretrial and motions, classified litigation, trial, and post-trial. He later served as a defense attorney, representing Soldiers and officers across Fort Bragg in a range of complex trials, investigations, and administrative proceedings.

The most rewarding part of Warren’s military service was meeting his wife, Erin, also an Army veteran.  Warren and Erin live with their two dogs, Penny and Cheese, near Shenandoah National Park, where you can find Warren playing music, watching baseball, and honing his woodworking skills.
