Kelly E. DuBois is a Senior Associate at Fluet, focusing his practice on civil litigation. Mr. DuBois has experience litigating cases in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and in administrative and agency settings in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia involving commercial disputes, breach of contract, conspiracy, fraud, embezzlement, employment, defamation, whistleblower, real estate, regulatory, and other matters. Mr. DuBois also represents federal employees in administrative and judicial proceedings and has advised corporate clients in corporate formation, insurance, employment, contract, licensing, and real estate matters. Additionally, Mr. DuBois has expanded his practice to advise and defend medical professionals before various state regulatory bodies.

Mr. DuBois grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and resides with his family in Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy. Before attending law school, Mr. DuBois interned with an international human rights group, first in the Washington, D.C. area and then in the Philippines, where the group worked on behalf of human trafficking victims securing their rescue, recovery, and reintegration, while assisting in the prosecution of their abusers.
