Cora Pototsky is a Paralegal at Fluet where she is responsible for providing Partners, Associates, and other team members with full legal support.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Pototsky gained experience managing a variety of civil matters at the Arlington Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, where she completed her internship prior to becoming a full-time court personnel. During her time in the Arlington Circuit Court, Ms. Pototsky successfully implemented procedures and managed cases, which increased efficiency and productivity as caseloads saw record exponential growth.

At Fluet, Ms. Pototsky works closely with partners and associates to draft and organize various legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings; conduct legal research regarding to various courts and administrative boards; ensure compliance with court rules and procedures; and more. In addition to her legal duties, Ms. Pototsky is also responsible for leading the Paralegal and Administrative team through capacity planning, determining office procedures, expediting workflow, and the continuous training and development of her team. Ms. Pototsky has a real affinity for employment litigation but provides support for a variety of firm practice areas such as civil litigation, corporate and business law, employment law, government contracts, and international trade and transactions.

As a Northern Virginia native, Ms. Pototsky could not imagine living anywhere else. She attended Christopher Newport University, where she earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and History in an expedited fashion (within 3 years) in 2019, and George Mason University where she obtained a Masters in History in 2023. In her free time, Ms. Pototsky enjoys volunteering at a local food pantry, playing the flute in a local orchestra, and watching baseball, as she is an avid Washington Nationals fan.
