As a member of Fluet’s executive team, Ms. Kosutic engages in daily and multifaceted aspects of the firm’s growth and operations. On a mission to build a high-performing healthy company that can scale, she partners with our senior leaders in developing and implementing growth strategies and the best practices that fit Fluet’s business model while honoring the commitment to maintain the collegial culture and camaraderie amongst our employees.

Her day-to-day responsibilities are driven by her deep commitment to the entire employee experience, from a job candidate’s first touch with Fluet to onboarding, integration, career development, mentorship, recognitions— and all the moments that matter in between. Ms. Kosutic oversees the critical HR functions that bring this experience to life.

Ms. Kosutic is a valuable resource to our attorneys on various employment matters, ranging from the best HR and business practices, compliance with Federal and State employment laws, employee counseling, termination of employment, providing the framework for investigative, and other sensitive matters.

Before advancing to the Chief People Office role with Fluet, Ms. Kosutic held the role of HR Director and HR Compliance Liaison. Before joining Fluet, she supported large organizations in the Government Contracting and Bio-Pharmaceutical industries, leading HRIS and ATS system integrations and ensuring Federal reporting compliance.

Ms. Kosutic received her Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Fairfax University of America. Ms. Kosutic received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Additionally, she holds an active SHRM-SCP Certification and Specialty Credential for Workplace Investigations.

Ms. Kosutic is fluent in her native Croatian language. She strongly believes in kaizen principles, both in professional and personal environments. Making a difference, regardless of the scale, is her mantra.
