Fluet is proud to announce that Partner France Hoang will share his compelling journey “From Saigon to Service” at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation in Michigan on April 23-24, 2025.
As a refugee who fled Vietnam as a child, France’s path has come full circle—from arriving in America to later helping evacuate Afghan allies during America’s withdrawal. His remarkable career spans entrepreneurship, military service, and law:
- Founded companies generating over $600 million in combined sales
- Served in combat as an Army Special Forces Executive Officer
- Appointed as Associate White House Counsel under President Bush
- West Point graduate (top 1% of his class) and Georgetown Law magna cum laude
- Currently chairs Allied Airlift 21, which organized private evacuation flights from Afghanistan
France’s presentation will highlight how President Ford’s courageous decision to welcome Vietnamese refugees during Operation New Life continues to create positive change across generations.
While the Michigan event may be out of reach for many, Fluet celebrates France’s contributions as a testament to the exceptional professionals who make up our firm.
