Allison brings a unique dual perspective from her concurrent roles as a law firm partner and venture capital investor, positioning her to provide both legal advice and practical business insights to Fluet’s clients.

Allison counsels clients on corporate transactions, investment strategies, and business operations, with particular focus on early-stage and growth companies in GovTech, B2B and B2G SaaS, HealthTech, and FinTech sectors. She also supports M&A activity, entity formation, and governance matters while leveraging her extensive network to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining Fluet, Allison served as Vice President and General Counsel of a private investment firm with nearly $2B in AUM, where she oversaw the formation and governance of more than 80 investment and management entities. Her experience also includes senior legal leadership roles at a private equity-backed life sciences company with 3,100 employees across 40 international locations and an investment firm focused on telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
Allison began her career at a global AM Law 100 firm, where she advised companies at various growth stages on investment, M&A, and commercial transactions.
