As a Legal Support Specialist at Fluet, Erica Benson is responsible for providing partners, associates, and team members with full legal and administrative support. Ms. Benson primarily provides support for Civil Litigation and Employment law. Ms. Benson’s legal support duties include managing documents and files, drafting cover letters and correspondence, E-filing litigation pleadings, hearing and deposition preparation, drafting shells for pleadings, locating case information, maintaining schedules of dates and deadlines, and more.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Benson worked as a Customer Relations Specialist for Enterprise Holdings. There, Ms. Benson handled a wide variety of customer service tasks and managed daily operations of the car rental fleet. Additionally, Ms. Benson also worked as a Customer Service Associate for Kravitz Orthodontics and Bresler Dental. There she assisted front desk operations by managing appointments, filing medical records, and verifying insurances. Ms. Benson completed over 50 consultations with patients for treatment plans and prepared at least 30 patients daily for dental examinations.

Ms. Benson graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Social Inquiry and a minor in National Security and Foreign Affairs.

In her free time, Ms. Benson enjoys working out, cooking, and watching the NFL, as she is an avid Cowboys fan.
