As a BD & Marketing Specialist at Fluet, Erica Benson is responsible for helping to support the firm’s growth and awareness-building initiatives. With a strong background in marketing, Ms. Benson is committed to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while effectively promoting Fluet’s legal services.

In support of the firm’s marketing efforts, her responsibilities include managing firm membership organizations and attorney networking events, assisting with website content updates, and overseeing event coordination. Ms. Benson’s creative skills shine through in her work on the firm’s marketing collateral and giveaways, which she works on with the firm’s BD & Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and strengthen external relationships.

To further the firm’s business development efforts, she conducts thorough prospect and company market research on behalf of attorneys, providing valuable insights for meetings and various initiatives. She excels in nurturing relationships and organizing networking events to drive business growth for the firm. Additionally, Ms. Benson diligently supports the maintenance of the firm’s marketing database and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), continuously identifying process improvements and implementing tools to increase efficiency.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Benson worked as a Marketing Analyst at Morcom International, where she successfully managed the company’s website redesign, developed and monitored key sales performance indicators, and created engaging content for social media platforms. Prior to that, she worked as a Customer Service Associate at Kravitz Orthodontics and Bresler Dental, where she skillfully managed front desk operations, patient consultations, and insurance verification.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Social Inquiry with a minor in National Security and Foreign Affairs from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, exploring her culinary interests, and cheering on her favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys.
