He provides full-spectrum legal and strategic advice to individuals and organizations across the national security and defense sector. Mr. Bianchi’s practice focuses on emerging risk assessments, litigation and dispute resolution, and crisis management.

He helps clients deliver novel solutions to global challenges. From crises in Ukraine and Gaza to emerging markets in Africa and South Asia, Mr. Bianchi has guided mission-driven innovators through the world’s most complex regulatory and public relations environments. He understands that bold approaches require risk and shares his clients’ bias for action. In addition to his advisory practice, Mr. Bianchi is a formidable litigator and trusted advocate. He has represented individuals, senior executives, and business organizations (including public companies) in every stage of commercial and criminal proceedings. He routinely leads clients through multi-million-dollar business disputes, internal investigations and employment issues, and high-profile enforcement actions or investigations involving the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, the United Nations, and other regulatory and oversight bodies.

Prior to joining Fluet, Mr. Bianchi represented high-net-worth individuals and major corporations at another Virginia-based boutique law firm and, earlier in his career, at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of a multinational firm. He also served as a Judge Advocate with the United States Army, spending the majority of his time on active duty as a litigator and command-advisor withing the special operations community at Fort Bragg and overseas.

The most rewarding part of Mr. Bianchi’s military service was meeting his wife, Erin, also an Army veteran.  He and Erin live with their two dogs, Penny and Cheese, near Shenandoah National Park.
