As a senior member of the firm’s Business Operations Team and a member of the Fluet Board of Directors, Mr. Westphal leads and influences the organization towards favorable growth, and designs and directs strategies that support and enhance Fluet’s organizational operations.

Mr. Westphal plays a crucial role in developing Fluet’s culture by promoting transparency and collaboration throughout the organization, as well as developing partnerships with company stakeholders, shareholders, industry regulators, and other relevant parties. Mr. Westphal oversees company operations to ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements, and he collaborates with the Board of Directors to identify, create, and implement strategic plans to actualize business objectives. Among these many duties, Mr. Westphal also identifies potential risks and opportunities within the firm to protect business interests, as well as potential sources of investment and growth.

Mr. Westphal’s work touches nearly every aspect of Fluet. He believes the key to a successful law practice begins with listening to clients, earning their trust, and serving their needs. His unparalleled ability to offer big picture solutions to the firm and client’s alike, while never losing sight of the details, truly allows Fluet to set itself apart.

In his free time, Mr. Westphal counsels children in the local community with special needs in athletic endeavors, and serves on several Boards and Committees in the local community.
