Fluet is pleased to announce that Natasa Kosutic has been promoted to HR Director and HR Compliance Liaison. Ms. Kosutic now serves as an advisor to our valued clients on matters concerning HR rules and regulations, in addition to her responsibilities supporting Fluet’s strategic objectives, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
Since joining Fluet seven years ago, Ms. Kosutic has grown in knowledge and skills while taking on additional duties at our firm. Most recently, she began assisting our Employment Law practice group in advising clients on their HR matters. Ms. Kosutic’s firsthand experience and expertise add tremendous value to the team’s full-service offerings.
Ms. Kosutic, who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Virginia International University, has also furthered her education within her field by passing the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification exam. SHRM is a rigorous program that is universally recognized as the gold standard for HR competence and knowledge.
