Giavonna Darcy is a Law Clerk at Fluet, where she supports the firm’s attorneys across legal research, case preparation, regulatory analysis, and client matters.

Prior to joining Fluet, Ms. Darcy gained valuable judicial and legal experience serving as an Intern for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, where she conducted legal research, drafted judicial memoranda, and assisted with bankruptcy proceedings. She also interned in the government affairs and global policy division of multinational aerospace and defense contractor Leonardo S.p.A., analyzing international trade, space policy, and global regulatory developments. Additionally, Ms. Darcy previously interned at a private law firm, conducting legal research and drafting publications on intellectual property, consumer protection, and corporate matters.

While earning her Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Darcy served on the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University, where she was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society and served in leadership roles for multiple student and community organizations.

In her free time, you can find Ms. Darcy playing piano by ear, solving escape room puzzles, playing strategic board games, reading mystery novels, and journaling.
