Mr. Webber brings significant government experience to his practice, having served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Superior Court Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where he prosecuted criminal violations from inception through trial and managed a high-volume docket of over 150 active criminal cases. Prior to that role, Mr. Webber served as a Judicial Law Clerk to U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Through these experiences, Mr. Webber developed a strong foundation in securities enforcement, national security law, CFIUS, export controls, sanctions, and federal criminal prosecution.

Before attending law school, he worked as an Operations Manager at a Virginia-based consulting firm, where he managed operational activities for overseas missions and developed solutions to national security and intelligence challenges. He also served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at Northrop Grumman and as an English Monitor Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Clarksburg, West Virginia, where he supported counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and espionage investigations.

While at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, Mr. Webber served as a Research Editor on the National Security Law Journal, was a member of the Moot Court Board and reached the Octofinalist round of the 2023 Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, served as President of the Intelligence and National Security Law Association, and was a Student Contributing Author for Lawfare.
