Heidi Zettl is an Associate in Fluet’s Corporate + Transactional Practice, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate financing, and corporate governance matters. She brings a detail-oriented approach to conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and coordinating complex, multi-part acquisitions.

Ms. Zettl has significant experience assisting publicly traded companies with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements and federal securities laws. Her practice focuses on providing clients with practical guidance that balances legal considerations with operational objectives throughout the corporate lifecycle.

Before joining Fluet, Ms. Zettl was a Corporate Associate at a large global law firm, where she represented clients in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance matters. During her time there, she assisted with the capital markets aspects of a multi-billion-dollar public acquisition of a Japanese pharmaceutical company. Ms. Zettl also maintains a commitment to pro bono work, including representing refugees in humanitarian parole and asylum applications, and previously served as associate leader for a refugee advocacy initiative.

In her free time, you can find Ms. Zettl playing piano and harp, collecting fossil and mineral specimens, and working with animals.
