Anna Dichter is a Senior Associate at Fluet in the firm’s Litigation + Investigations Practice, representing clients in complex litigation matters, internal investigations, and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Dichter has experience handling a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters. She has practiced in over 20 federal district courts and six appellate courts across the United States and has managed all phases of litigation, including case assessment and strategy development, legal research, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court proceedings, and trial preparation. She has worked on cases involving government investigations, constitutional challenges, statutory interpretation, regulatory compliance, administrative law, employment law, and privacy law.
Ms. Dichter brings a valuable perspective to the firm, having managed sensitive matters from initial complaint through resolution. She excels at developing case strategy, preparing witnesses for testimony, and navigating the nuances of government and regulatory proceedings while maintaining client confidentiality and advancing their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Fluet, Ms. Dichter served as Senior Litigation Counsel in the Office of Immigration Litigation at the Department of Justice (DOJ)’s Civil Division. There she was the lead attorney for complex class action litigation, including several cases that garnered significant media attention.
Ms. Dichter earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she also obtained hands-on legal experience as a Student Attorney at Rutgers Law School clinics by representing clients in administrative appeals and legal proceedings.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Dichter enjoys salsa dancing—a creative outlet that helps her unwind, recharge, and connect with people from all walks of life.
