Our Story
We understand that great institutions are often forged from a rich history, clear organizing principles, and concrete goals. Fluet was founded during the great recession of 2009, in the spirit of entrepreneurship and risk. Our founder, Joe Fluet, came from a background of strong tradition, as a Special Operations Aviator, and had a vision of providing trusted counsel to the national security sector after practicing at a large DC firm. Staying true to his initial vision and principles, we are proud to have built a firm made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience, who believe that elite, efficient, and effective legal support (historically only provided to Fortune 500 companies) should also be made available to those in the mid-market sector.
