Fluet is proud to announce that two of our esteemed Partners have been appointed to serve on the 2024 – 2025 Executive Committee for the DC/MD/VA Chapter of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA).
Brad McConnell, Chair of Fluet’s Corporate + Transactional Practice, and Marlena Ewald, Vice Chair of the Government Contracts Practice and Head of the firm’s Government Contracts Regulatory Compliance section, will contribute their industry expertise to help support the strategic direction of the regional chapter.
Brad brings over 25 years of corporate practice experience to the Executive Committee, with a strong background in technology-focused companies and venture financing. His deep knowledge of emerging technology startups, M&A deals, and initial public offerings will be invaluable to AM&AA’s mission.
Marlena brings a blend of extensive experience in government contracts corporate and regulatory compliance that will provide a unique perspective to the Executive Committee, enhancing the chapter’s ability to serve members involved in both commercial and government sector M&A activities.
AM&AA is an international organization spanning 25 countries, dedicated to providing education, networking, and resources for members engaged in domestic, international, and cross-border M&A.
